Ingrediants

1. 8 calorie per once vanilla or chocolate frozen yogurt

2. fruit (my favorite is raspberries)

3. coconut shavings

4. sometimes sprinkles or sprinkling butterfinger crumbles if I'm celebrating

Procedure

1. All Fro Yo shops have 8 calorie per once frozen yogurt options. fill your smallest container third the way full, ask the cashier if you can weigh it before you put on the toppings to make sure your fro yo is less than 80 calories.

2. Add as many fruit as you can fill in your container, dont go light on the fruit.

3. sprinkle one other topping on top, just a dash!
