Eating Clean

Hi, My name is Andrea Johansen. I am a current nursing student at Abilene Christian University. I just finished my first semester of the nursing program working in the medsurg unit for the last 3 months. After seeing my future patients first hand and seeing the effects of malnurishment, I hit an epiphany, to not just treat existing clinical diagnoses but to change the endless cycle of malnurished generations causing chronic diseases, passing it down the lineage. I want to teach others the key to long lasting life. For my New Years Resolution, I made a goal to journal my recipes and inspiration for continuing the path of health. Hope this helps!
