Crepes
Ingrediants
3 eggs
1.5 cup whole wheat flour
dash salt
2 packets organic apple sauce
2 cups almond milk
dash cinamin
Procedure
1. Whip all ingrediants in a bowl.
2. Wipe butter across a small frying pan.
3. turn stove on to low medium heat
4. Use a 1/4 cup measuring cup to pour crepe mix onto the frying pan.
5. Lift up the pan and bend it to it's sides to make sure all surface of the frying pan has crepe mix, a very thin layer.
6. When sides of the tips turn golden, take a spatula and flip over the crepe (takes a few times to master the flip).
7. When top is golden it is ready to eat. I usually place apples slices and cinamin in the middle and roll it up but you can play around with customizing your crepe to putting anything you want in the middle to create the perfect breakfast meal.
